She is a member of the Williamson County Art Guild of Georgetown, TX and the Visual Arts Club of Sun City, TX where she teaches classes in oil painting at the art studio. She currently divides her time between painting and playing her dulcimer.

MY ART:

"When deciding what to paint, I try to connect with my subject on some level and then plan the composition using thumbnail sketches. After drawing the image on my canvas, I choose a limited palette of primary and secondary colors, repeating the use of these colors throughout the composition to create a sense of visual unity."
